Typical class runs as follows-

Introduction: explain the workout

warm up:  activate and stretch muscles

skill session : develop new movements

strength session:  lift and get stronger

high intensity:  interval training

followed by a cool down stretch

workouts made to get you in shAPE

Fun, fast, and effective- join us for a hour long instructor lead class.

show up and be lead step by step- through one of the best workouts you have ever had.

No skill required.  Start where you are. you will learn, get stronger and fitter every workout.

we combine weightlifting, cardio, mobility, calisthenics, stretching, biking, running, rowing, kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells and so much more to get you feeling strong and looking great. the workouts will leave you motivated to take on your life and ready to come back for more.

We are probably the best gym in the world... Besides that, we are a community of individuals brought together with the purpose of getting better each day, gaining strength and inspiring others to live a healthy and happy life. Located in Ashburn, Virginia. Our program is designed to improve general physical fitness, support and build lean muscle mass and decrease unwanted and unhealthy body fat. We strive to connect with all ages and athletic backgrounds in order to build a stronger community of individuals who support each other in living a lifestyle of health and wellness.

THE PURPOSE BEHIND THE BRAND

Thanks for checking us out. TRU=Strength was started over a decade ago in my basement from a desire to get stronger, leaner and fill in the gaps in my own fitness. i was coaching and working out in other gyms but couldn't find what i was looking for, so i decided to start something new. I started training alone at first, then friends and family started to join me. we quickly grew out of the basement and started filling up the back yard. as time went by my passion for fitness grew, but more than that, the impact and positive changes i saw on my life and the lives of the people i was training inspired me to develop my vision even more. In 2015 i decided to go all in and i quit my full time job to chase a dream to make an impact on the community around me, not only through fitness and mindset, but also creating a space to bring a community of like minded individuals together. i opened TRU=Strength (ashburn) in 2016 and have been blessed to live that dream every day. i would love to help you find what i found years ago....The real U- is what- equals strength.  Come find that here and let us help you on your journey. hope to see you in the gym  ~Seth Wolfe
